Our story
Comfort food with a view of the foothills
Switchback started as a food truck parked outside a Golden brewery. Ten years later we have a dining room, a creekside patio, and the same promise: honest food, cooked from scratch, with Colorado beer to match.
Our beef is from a ranch near Kremmling, our green chile is roasted in-house every fall, and our bread comes from a bakery three doors down.

Hiked North Table Mountain then came straight here. The green chile cheeseburger is ridiculous, and the patio by the creek is the best seat in Golden.
